Enrollment open now for our 6- Week Strength Training Program
This program includes:
  • 6 weeks of guided strength training by a Certified Trainer
  • Daily workout plans
  • Workout videos
  • Exercise Library
  • Virtual Group
  • Virtual Accountability & Support from your Trainer
  • Targeted towards beginners or intermediates
  • Reduce body fat, lose inches & tone
  • Get confident with free weights, weight training & body weight exercises
  • Plans can be adjusted for minimal to no equipment
  • Plans are customized for in the gym or at-home workouts
  • Program is yours to keep at the end so you can repeat it or build on it
  • Exercise prescriptions can be custom tailored to needs
  • Measurements guide
  • Fuel your Lifts Nutrition Guide
  • T-shirt upon completion of the program
Program cost is $75 for the 6-week session: less than $15/week
