This class is one hour in duration. This is a high intensity class. Class begins with a stretch and warm up followed by blocks of music. We focus on upper and lower body combinations, HIIT, a strength section and Core section. Class completes with a cooldown and stretch.

First half of the class focuses on strength via resistance training using resistance tubing, infinity bands and theraband flat resistance bands; AMPD Resistance. Second half of the class focuses on balance, core, functional fitness and proprioception to improve overall all daily life and activities. Class ends with a cooldown stretch.
