Hello and welcome to my site The Gym Struggle. My name is Courtney. This is a picture of me with my two Jack Russell mixes Jack & Colby. They keep me really busy and active. They are a big part of the reason I decided to persue a fit and healthy lifestyle. Dogs, especially Jack Russells, tend to have a lot of energy. They don't care if you are out of shape, unmotivated, depressed, or that none of your clothes fit. They still want their "walkies."
I created this site to support, encourage, motivate, educate, and hold accountable others to a more fit and healthy lifestyle. I am proud to say I touch the lives of others everyday that struggle with their nutrition, fitness, and overall health.
The road to a healthy lifestyle isn't a straight one. It is full of steep hills, curves, plateaus, and cracks in the pavement. I hope that you find something in here to inspire you.
