Banana Bread Muffins


Ingredients:
  • 1 Overripe Banana
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.  
Spray muffin tray with baking spray and place mixture in muffin cups. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
