cooked brown rice
carrots and peas from frozen
2 eggs, scrambled
low/no sodium soy sauce
protein: chicken or shrimp, cooked
(This is great for chicken and rice leftover from meal prepping.)
Combine 1 red of eggs, 1 yellow of rice, 1 red of chicken or shrimp, soy sauce is free- add to taste, 1 or 1/2 green of peas and carrots
Heat up ingredients in wok or pan, toss in soy sauce to taste.
