Personal Training sessions are 1 hour in duration. Packages include: screening, initial measurements, nutrition counseling, virtual accountability, and 1 free live fitness class per each week that training continues.
* Clients that schedule at least 2 sessions per week qualify for free Basic Gym Membership beginning in Aug 2018. Inquire for more details.

Consultation & Counseling: $199
This package includes an initial consultation to discuss goals & needs. You receive a grocery list, sample recipes, customized eating plan, daily virtual check-in and accountability for 4 weeks. Virtual check-in allows you to ask questions, receive advice & meal ideas, meal preparation tips, get continual support to stay on track.
Each additional 4 week set: $99.
Live Fitness Classes
